Everything was spot on. The hotel was clean and well equipped, with daily complimentary cleaning. The staff, including the manager and housekeeper, were ultra polite and helpful. The location was ideal, with easy access to restaurants and famous historic attractions. We were just a short walk away from the tram and close to the landmarks of the old city. Additionally, we were able to reach the airport within an hour, making our travel convenient.

The hotel had a favourable and magnificent position, in Fatih area. Besides, it was adjacent to lot's historical museums, and tourist areas, a greek ortodox church across the street and the landmarks.
Elevator was missed.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy and charming atmosphere of the hotel. The decorations and general areas reminded me of a lovely, old-fashioned home. It was easy for me, as a senior person, to navigate the hotel and feel comfortable in the surroundings.
The only thing I would ask for to make it a better vacation for senior people is more assistance from the children working there.
